Alison Doody
Alison Doody, born in Dublin 1966 to a privileged family. The youngest of the children of three. While in a convent, she discovered an appreciation for art. Then, she attended The National College of Fine Arts in Dublin but quit because she had a lack of motivation. She thought that she'd go on a vacation for a time to make sure she got her feet on the ground. In a cafe with her fellow students in a caf when a photographer came in and requested if she'd like to become a model. Thinking she could use the pockets money, she said yes. The modeling business proved entertaining and lucrative. And shortly after, she started doing it professionally. She had the opportunity to explore the globe with her commercial modeling after signing contracts. One day, a casting director saw her work and recommended she take up acting instead. When she was 19, the casting director accompanied her to London which she landed an audition to be a part of A View to a Kill the newest James Bond film. The passion for acting led her to pursue it as a career. She filmed TV dramas in London and Dublin following her debut feature. However, her most memorable break was when she was cast as the lead in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade as the Aryan seductress the Dr. Elsa Schneider.
